Terms of Service
Welcome to madad-ai.com ("the Service", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the website and the paid subscription service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the Service.
Note: The original Hebrew version of these Terms is the controlling version in case of any conflict. This English translation is provided for convenience.
1. Service description
madad-ai.com provides daily updates on an AI Progression Index — a 0–100 daily score measuring how close AI is getting to exclusive control over critical systems. The Service includes:
- A free public website with the current score, history, and methodology
- A paid subscription with daily updates via WhatsApp, email, or both
- Messages containing the score, summary of changes, and source links
The Service is not a substitute for professional advice. See Section 5 (Disclaimer about the Index content).
2. Signup and account
When subscribing, you must provide at least one of the following:
- An active email address
- A phone number for WhatsApp delivery
You agree to provide accurate and current information. You may not sign up on behalf of someone else without their permission, and you must be at least 18 years old.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a subscription, or restrict access in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
3. Payment, renewal, and cancellation
3.1 Pricing
Subscription pricing is $5/month for international subscribers (billed via Lemon Squeezy) or ₪15/month for Israeli subscribers (billed via PayPlus). Prices may change in the future, with at least 30 days notice and only applied to new billing periods.
3.2 Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You'll receive a renewal notice 7 days before each charge.
3.3 Cancellation
You can cancel anytime via the unsubscribe link in any email, by replying "STOP" on WhatsApp, or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no further charges will occur.
3.4 Refunds
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for international transactions and handles refunds per their terms. You may also request a refund directly from us at hello@madad-ai.com within 14 days of your initial signup; we'll review and respond within 5 business days.
4. Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the Service for personal use only. You may not:
- Resell or redistribute the messages you receive, or use them to create a commercial derivative product
- Scrape the website without explicit written permission
- Attempt to bypass security mechanisms, attack the system, or exploit vulnerabilities
- Share your access credentials (phone/email) with third parties
- Use the Service in a way that may harm others, violate the law, or misrepresent yourself
Violation may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
5. Disclaimer about the Index content
The AI Index score is a subjective assessment. It's built by scanning public sources (academic papers, tech news, company reports) and applying an automated rules-based engine (see the Methodology page).
The Index is NOT:
- Financial, investment, or regulatory advice
- Professional cybersecurity advice
- An accurate prediction or scientific truth
- A basis for business, medical, or legal decisions
The Service operates as a public early-warning system. Any decision you make based on this information is your sole responsibility. Consult appropriate professionals before making material decisions.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "AS IS", without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the Service:
- Will be available continuously or without interruption
- Will be free from bugs, errors, or content inaccuracies
- Will meet your specific needs
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you, for any claim related to the Service, is limited to the amounts you paid us during the 12 months prior to the claim. This does not limit liability for matters that cannot be limited by law (such as gross negligence or willful misconduct).
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated to you in advance (at least 14 days), via the contact methods you provided. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you don't agree, you may cancel before the effective date.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
